Return & Refund Policy

At Victoria VYNN Middle East, we are committed to delivering professional-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1) Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if all conditions below are met:

  • Request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging
  • Item is in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number / invoice)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.


2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Any opened gel polish, base, top, liquid, or nail prep products
  • Used tools, brushes, files, or accessories
  • Electrical devices once opened (lamps, drills, equipment)
  • Clearance / promotional items
  • Gift cards

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos of:
    • the product
    • the outer shipping box
    • the label / invoice (if available)

Do not discard the item until our team confirms the next steps.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4) How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our support team and include:

  • Order number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)

Returns sent without approval may be rejected.


5) Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable courier.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6) Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error

7) Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


8) Professional Use & Color Disclaimer

Victoria VYNN products are intended for professional use.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting—this is not considered a defect.
